Who we are

SEO Runway ("SEO Runway", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered marketing management platform for SEO, GEO, Local SEO, Google Ads and Social Media. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed) and your role in a team.
• Project data you add: websites, keywords, prompts, business locations, campaigns, tasks, chat messages, reports and content you create or upload.
• Data from accounts you connect: when you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn, we receive the data those services return for the accounts you authorise, and store the access tokens needed to keep the connection working.
• Billing data: your plan, billing cycle, invoices and payment status. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data: log data such as IP address, browser, pages viewed, and actions taken in the product, used to run and secure the service.
• Messages you send us: contact form submissions and support requests.

How we use your data

• To provide and operate the platform: rank checks, site audits, AI visibility checks, scans, scheduling and publishing.
• To generate AI output you request, such as audit action plans, drafts, ad copy and content calendars.
• To bill you, provide support, keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To improve reliability and the product, using aggregated or de-identified usage data where possible.
• To meet legal obligations.

AI features

Some features send the data they need to AI providers, for example Google (Gemini), to produce a result, and AI visibility checks send your prompts to AI search engines. We design each feature to send only what it needs. AI output can be wrong, so review it before you apply or publish it.

Google API Services user data

SEO Runway's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google data only to provide the features you use inside your project, such as showing Search Console and Analytics performance and managing your Google Ads campaigns. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account permissions or by disconnecting the account in SEO Runway.

Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn data

When you connect these accounts we use the permissions you grant to publish posts, read analytics and manage your connection. You can disconnect an account in SEO Runway or remove the app in that platform's settings.

Data deletion requests: email seorunwayai@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion" and the email you used in SEO Runway, and we will delete the data associated with your connected accounts.

Who we share data with

We share data only as needed to run the service:

• Service providers acting on our behalf, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI and search data providers.
• The platforms you connect, when you ask us to read from or publish to them.
• Members of your project, according to the roles you assign. A Client role sees deliverables and reporting only.
• Authorities or advisers when required by law, or in a business transfer, with notice where required.

Cookies

How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is active. After you close it we delete or anonymise it within [retention period], unless we must keep some of it for legal, security or accounting reasons. Historical audits and rankings are not deleted when you change a package.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights
