Accepting these terms

These terms govern your use of SEO Runway's websites and platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you can bind that organisation.

The service

SEO Runway is a marketing management platform covering SEO, GEO, Local SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and team features such as tasks, chat and approvals. Features and limits depend on your package and may change as we improve the product.

Accounts and teams

Keep your login credentials secure and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you add to a project, including the roles and access you give them.

Free trial, packages and billing

• New accounts include access to our 14-day Free Trial package (1 project, 5 keywords, 2 AI prompts, limited social media, and Google Ads monitoring).
• Each workspace (Core SEO, AI Search, Local SEO, Google Ads, Social Media) has its own package. You can hold one package per workspace and combine workspaces freely.
• Packages are billed monthly or yearly at the price shown when you subscribe. Taxes may apply.
• You can change or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing cycle you paid for. Because a free trial is provided for full evaluation of our tools prior to purchase, all paid subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
• Each package includes capacity limits (such as tracked keywords, projects, and monthly AI allowances). When you reach a limit you cannot add new items of that kind, but existing data remains preserved.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. For example, do not break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or harmful content, attempt to breach security, overload or scrape the service beyond normal use, resell access without permission, or use connected accounts you are not authorised to manage.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content and data you add or connect. You give us the right to host, process and display it as needed to provide the service to you, including sending it to the providers described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party platforms

The service works with platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and AI search engines. Their terms and policies apply to your use of them, and you must have the right to connect and manage the accounts you link. Those platforms may change or limit access, which can affect features.

No Guarantees & Decision-Support Nature of Platform

SEO Runway is strictly an analytics, intelligence, and decision-support tool. The platform is designed solely to help you organize data, identify opportunities, and make better-informed marketing decisions.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY RESULTS:

• We do not guarantee search engine ranking positions or ranking improvements on Google or any other search engine.
• We do not guarantee map-pack presence, Google Business Profile rankings, or local directory visibility.
• We do not guarantee that your website or brand will be cited, mentioned, or recommended by generative AI engines (including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews).
• We do not guarantee web traffic, visitor clicks, conversions, phone calls, or sales leads.
• We do not guarantee Google Ads Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), or ad auction performance.
• We do not guarantee financial outcomes, business growth, or commercial return on investment (ROI).

Third-party search engines, AI models, and advertising networks frequently alter their ranking algorithms, indexation policies, retrieval pipelines, and ad auction systems completely outside our control. All scores, health ratings, audit findings, and AI suggestions provided by SEO Runway are informational guides for your consideration; you retain sole responsibility for reviewing and verifying any actions taken.

Our intellectual property

SEO Runway, its software, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is active. Other companies' names and logos shown on our site belong to their owners and are used only to identify the services we work with; they do not imply endorsement.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, put the service or others at risk, or fail to pay. We will give notice where reasonable.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India, unless mandatory applicable consumer laws require otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version with a new "last updated" date and notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
